Minitel Rose is an electro-disco trio originally from Nantes, France. The group is composed of Raphael, Romain and Quentin. Their premier EP, The French Machine, released in May of 2008 on Believe Digital sold over 10,000 units was released in May of 2008. The outlines of Atlantique new album were sketched while on the road, but it was pretty much with their feet in the water that Minitel Rose gave substance to this new album to come in June 2010. “Minitel Rose share Klaxons’ melodic sensibility, Boy Crisis’ lissom sophistication and, at their best (whistle-tastic single ‘Magic Powder’, a potential indie-electro ‘Young Folks’), Lykke Li’s spare sound palette.
